⚠ Gaps in the record
  • TWIN CAPTURE — not the canonical reading. The portal serves this 2017-12-05 compliance evaluation inspection at two docids; edoc-1851475 is the same letter and is canonical for FIDELITY (a scan is read by the vision path alone, with nothing to check itself against). Declared in data/site/document-versions.yaml as a `v2` cluster — the two files are NOT byte-identical.
  • Document read from page images — no native text layer confirmed; values extracted via OCR interpretation.
  • Compliance data covers 7/1/2017–11/1/2017; 9 Code Events and 104 Reported SSO Events noted in the enclosed report but no numbered findings/recommendations/violations were listed beyond the three findings in the cover letter.
  • Permit expiration date of 2/28/2015 pre-dates inspection; permit appears to have been administratively continued.
