Whether a buyer later appeared is [open] — neither parcel is in the committed data/reference/bowling-green/parcel-assemblage.geojson, which carries only the twelve Liames parcels plus the Schaller, Apollo-situs and Oppidan tracts.

    • outcome_detail [verified] "Rex Hoffman, Wood County Port Authority and representative for STD1 stated the application for rezoning is being withdrawn." The county planning commission had recommended approval; the township zoning commission had not. "The Trustees took no action." Withdrawn AT the hearing, after both recommendation bodies had ruled.
    • location_note [verified] from the 2024-08-21 minutes, when the application was first reported: "approximately 67 acres on multiple parcels on St. Rt. 582 east of Interstate 75." The acreage is given as ~67 there and ~68 in the legal notice three months later.

    • outcome withdrawn
    • outcome_detail [verified] The zoning inspector "provided the Trustees with two separate letters from the property owners who have requested rezoning ... Each letter stated intent to withdraw the rezoning request effective Monday, September 8, 2025" — the day before the hearing. The legal notice had been published in the Sentinel-Tribune on 2025-08-27. The trustees moved to accept the withdrawals; the meeting ran three minutes.
    • note These are the two applications the 2026-01-07 minutes describe as "pulled by the applicants and to date have not been resubmitted to the zoning commission." Why they were pulled is [open] — the letters are not published and the minutes give no reason.
aggregate
  • tag [inference]
  • statement 91 + 68 + 75 + 37 = 271 acres of A-1 land brought toward M-1 by four separate landowners around this campus between August 2024 and September 2025, of which 91 were rezoned and 180 were withdrawn before a vote. Arithmetic on [verified] figures; the figures are the minutes' own approximations ("approximately"), so the total is approximate too.
  • do_not_read_as NOT a Meta land assembly. None of these four applicants is Liames, none of the named parcels is in the committed assemblage, and the only one with a stated buyer position said there was none. What the pattern establishes is a market forming around a disclosed campus, which is a different and weaker claim than assembly — and it is the weaker claim this corpus makes.
