⚠ Gaps in the record
  • TWIN CAPTURE — not the canonical reading. The portal serves this 2016-10-18 reconnaissance inspection at two docids; edoc-1914740 is the same letter and is canonical for FIDELITY (a scan is read by the vision path alone, with nothing to check itself against). Declared in data/site/document-versions.yaml as a `v2` cluster — the two files are NOT byte-identical. The canonical records more (3 vs 2) and governs.
  • Document read from page images — no native text layer confirmed.
  • The enclosed compliance data sheet (7/1/2016–9/1/2016) references 2 E. coli code violations and 28 SSO events; these are contextual data attachments, not numbered inspection observations, and have been summarized rather than listed as individual observations.
  • Permit Effective Date 1/1/2013 and Permit Expiration Date 2/28/2015 noted on form — permit appears expired at time of inspection.
