The number everyone cites is the backup — and it's redacted

Every summary repeats ~313 MW. It is backup generation — 114 emergency gensets — not the operating load, and the per-engine rating that multiplies to it is redacted in the issued permit. The issued air permit withholds the emergency-generator make, model, and size as confidential business information. The per-engine rating that multiplies to the famous ~313 MW survives only on the draft public notice — not in the issued permit.

So the most-cited number about this facility — ~313 MW — rests on a figure the issued permit redacts. The backup capacity is real; the per-engine rating behind it, and the operating load you would derive from it, are withheld.
