Every link needs a filing
An edge between two entities in the graph — a shared registered agent, a subsidiary relationship, a signature — exists only because a specific filing shows it.
Time is part of the record
Entities are dated: when they were formed, when they acquired a parcel, when they dissolved or were renamed. The timeline is the graph read in order.
Coincidence is not correlation
